All kinds of Self-tipping bins can be designed and manufactured here in Hero equipment. Usually standard size from 0.5 cubic meter to 2 cubic meter can be recommended, besides customized bins can also be achieved according to your designs or requirements.

Normally we use Q235 or Q345 as the materials to build the bins, but if you have special requirements on higher grade of steel, we can also source for you.

Regarding the surface treatment, we can paint the bins in your color or in H.D.G. In addition, extra steel lids and casters can also be provided here, we welcome you to contact us for more information.

Forklift Channel

Each tipping bin has forklift channel. so that it can be transport and operation by forklift easily. Our tipping bin is designed based on gravity, which can easily tipping when loading goods.

Safety Chain

Each tipping bin has the safety chain, it is great helpful for the safety issue during transport and operation.

Lid

If need. we can also add the lid for the tipping bin. so that when loading the powder goods, it can prevent the powder from flying out especially towards the forklift driver during transport.

Load Plan

When load in the container, the forklift channel can be dismounted. In this way, we can load more bins per stack. which means we can save some freight cost for our customers.
